Rachel A Wahba Awarded Degree from Binghamton University

Rachel A Wahba from Spencerport, NY, was recently awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from the College of Community and Public Affairs at Binghamton University.

Binghamton University is one of the four university centers of the State University of New York.
